One of France’s long-established mills, Dumée, trusted Alapala and Mill Service to replace its existing wheat processing system. The pre-cleaning, cleaning, and packaging plants for Dumée were provided by Mill Service, which contributed its Italian expertise and experience in tailor-made plants. The entire milling section was entrusted to Alapala, with its extensive experience in over 4,000 mills across 95 countries worldwide.

The mill, located in an 8-storey building and featuring many advanced technological and operational features, showcases the success of the Turkish milling industry on the international stage. It operates under the same principle of producing organic flour as their previous plants.
