Product is thrown towards a horizontal nylon screen by the centrifugal impact of the rotor movement. Then the fine particles pass through the screen and being collected at the outlet. Vibration process is also maintained by the eccentric connection of sieve mechanism to the main chassis, which helps to keep the sieving surfaces open during the operation. The vibrating parts of the unit is supported by shock absorbers for a quiet and smooth operation.
