Structure

The ARION has a sturdy construction with a contoured exterior appearance and is made up of three parts:

* Fixed sturdy main chassis
* An oscillating body which houses the sifting fabric frames
* Aspiration Channel The exhaust or suction chamber consists of two aerodynamically designed chambers with independent regulation valves above the sieves for optimum adjustment of air flow passing through the sieves. The exhaust is fitted with an adjustable butterfly valve. The machine satisfies most of the hygiene standards as all parts in contact with the product are made of high quality materials for the best sanitation. Efficiency is obtained by using top quality vibratory motors and vibration mountings which are maintenance free and energy efficient.

The ARION satisfies all safety standards.

FUNCTIONALITY

LED Lighting ARION is equipped with LED lighting on screening deck for easy observation of the process. Cleaning Brushes Special cleaning brushes are used to open sieve surfaces for a proper product flow. Easy Sieve Replacement The sieve replacement can be easily carried out; that they can be removed together, and then fixed easily with a special clamping mechanism.

Working Principle

Product flow is properly adjusted by a gate for a perfect product distribution along entire width of the sieves. The ideal air suction along the sieve surface is obtained by an aerodynamic air canal with regulating valves. Bran and similar light particles are kept suspended in the air and separated with this air suction.

Then clean and purified semolina is graded by particle size while passing through different mesh number of sieves, and transferred to the related outlet after classification.

ARION purifier satisfies hygiene standards, as all product contact surfaces are made of a food-grade synthetic material or stainless steel (optional) for ultimate sanitation.

Easy Cleaning Points

ARION purifier also allows simple cleaning and maintenance with easy removal of sieves, and a fast and easy access to the cleaning points.

Outlet Covers

Products outlet is isolated with cover plates in order both to prevent any product leakage and ensure food safety.

Air suction is provided by a smooth air flow through two aerodynamic air channels, combined with independent air regulating valves. This enables precise control of the airflow for an effective bran removal process, and speck-free semolina.
