With a background in mechanical engineering from Yıldız Technical University and more than 40 years of industry experience, he has played a key role in transforming Alapala into one of the world’s leading food processing technologies groups, operating in more than 120 countries worldwide.
Görkem Alapala is the Group CEO and Vice Chairman of Alapala Holding Inc., leading the group’s global operations, strategic growth and industrial transformation initiatives across international markets.
After studying Mill Science & Management at Kansas State University and graduating in International Business Management from Missouri Park University he has played a key role in expanding Alapala’s global presence in food processing technologies and turnkey industrial solutions.
He has been recognized four times by Ekonomist Magazine among Türkiye’s “40 Under 40 CEOs” and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the DEIK Türkiye–Angola Business Council.
Gülfem Alapala is a Board Member of Alapala Holding Inc., leading the company’s human resources, organizational development and talent management initiatives.
She graduated in International Relations from Yeditepe University and completed her MBA at Galatasaray University.
Having gained experience across different departments within Alapala , including finance, accounting and human resources, she has played an active role in strengthening the company’s corporate culture, leadership development and training ecosystem through Alapala Academy.
Cengiz Tiryakioğlu is a Board Member and Managing Director responsible for Depart and AB Industries within Alapala Holding Inc.
With extensive experience in operations management, after-sales services and industrial leadership, he has held senior executive positions in international automotive and industrial companies throughout his career.
Since joining Alapala in 2016, he has played a key role in strengthening global after-sales operations, customer support systems and industrial service management across international markets.
Cenk Yoldaş is a Partner and Managing Director of Accon , leading the company’s industrial building and turnkey construction operations within Alapala .
He graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Architecture, and completed his master’s degree in Architecture at Kansas State University. He also gained international professional experience in the United States through leading architectural and design firms.
Since joining Alapala, he has played a key role in the design and execution of industrial building projects across global markets, specializing in sustainable industrial architecture and large scale turnkey construction solutions.
Cenk Yoldaş graduated from Uludağ University, Department of Architecture in 2001. In 2004, he completed his master’s degree at Kansas State University, Department of Architecture. During his graduate studies, he worked in a design studio as well as an assistant. He worked at Borhani Associates for one year and BRR Architecture in the USA for five years. Since 2011, he has been the Construction Unit Director of Alapala Makina and General Manager of Alapala Construction. He has received various awards from architectural competitions and specializes in sustainable architecture.
