Hands-On Experience in Our Operational Flour Mill

Dive deep into the science of cereal and laboratory analysis, and then take your learning to the next level with a day in our operational Alapala Flour Mill. You’ll get first-hand experience in cleaning, conditioning, and milling grains, and you’ll even have the opportunity to explore the art of bread-making in our Innovation Centre. Here, you’ll transform theory into practice and gain the skills to innovate and excel in the food processing industry.
