It is used to ensure air sealing in pneumatic conveying lines by negative air pressure.

The air-product mixture enters into the unit, which has fixing blades (wings) on a rotor shaft inside. Due to the precise and standard pressure tolerance between the body and the rotor, the product is separated from the air and discharged regularly without any leakage.
Airlocks are installed under air filters and cyclone separators, as they can also be installed in a sequence with a common drive.
