They have started by organic wheat growing work in their own farmlands, got their first stone mills designed in United States of America. The group who brought special production millstones from North Carolina for this aim, founded their first modern mills in Milan province of Quebec state in 1997.

The mill with capacity of 200 TPD which is made by Alapala is operated according to the principal of obtaining organic flour as the previous plants.
