After-sales teams analyze the current conditions of food production facilities on-site and identify the processes that need improvement. Accordingly, the systems are renewed in line with the plan that will increase the productivity of the producers.
Remote Support Service
For projects commissioned overseas, no matter how long the distances, with the Remote Support Service on the Department side, teams can intervene very quickly in software problems by connecting to the systems of the relevant production facilities from the center to the requests of the producers regarding questions, requests or possible problems.
