Working Principle

The product is uniformly fed into the unit as a thin layer by a vibratory plate. While the product passes through an adjustable air curtain, light particles and impurities are separated effectively with a suction effect. Then the impurities are collected at the outlet of the unit.

The unit is connected to the central aspiration system for necessary air supply for product flow.

Air Canal unit has alternative product feeding systems upon the purpose of use:

• For the usage with scourer, the air canal is used with a vibratory product inlet which is driven by a vibro motor.

• For the usage with grain separator, the air canal has a product feeding regulation mechanism that can be integrated with the outlet of grain separator.
