AIR JET FILTER
“Air Jet Filter is used as a dust collection unit to clean the ambient atmosphere, by separating the dust and other particles which are suspended in the air.“

Ambient (dirty) air is taken into the unit with air suction provided by an external blower.
The dust is kept while the dirty air passes through the horizontal filter hoses, and discharged at the bottom of the filter.
Air Jet Filter performs cleaning of air and hoses itself in two phases described as below:
Phase I – Filtration in the N1 bag: The dirty air is purified (filtrated) in the outer surface of the hose type filter bag.
Phase II – Final cleaning in the N2 bag: Dust loaded outer surface of the filter, bags are cleaned respectively by blowing air from inside of bags. The accumulated dust is discharged out of the airlock with also a scraper. The cleaning of hose type filter bags is carried out by air at 0.5 bars, which are free of oil and water.
