AIR RECYCLING TARAR

“Air Recycling Tarar is an aspiration unit designed to eliminate light particles, dust and foreign materials from cereals efficiently with minimum air consumption.

Application Fields

• Flour and Semolina Mills

• Maize Mills

• Feed Mills

• Grain Intake, Storage and Cleaning Facilities

• Barley, Rye, Oats and similar grain processing plants

• Other Food Processing Plants (Tea, Malt, Peas & Nuts, Coffee, Soybean, Seeds, etc.)

Working Principle

The product is uniformly fed into the unit as a thin layer by a vibratory feeder. Then the light particles and impurities are removed with the vacuum effect of airflow created by axial fans; and they leave the unit on a screw-type discharge conveyor.

The machine has a low air requirement with the recycling design. In this system, 80% of used air is feeded back to the system, and only 20% of fresh air is required to stabilize the interior pressure.

Product feeding system alternatives by use purposes are;

• For the usage with a scourer, the machine has a vibrating product inlet system which is driven by two vibro motors.

• For the usage with grain separator, it has a product feeding regulation mechanism that can be integrated with the outlet of grain separator.

• High efficiency

• Micrometric Air Adjustment Valve for the precise control of airflow

• Vibratory feeder at the inlet for uniform product distribution

• Adjustable air curtain inclination to regulate the speed and density of flow

• Low air and energy consumption

• Central ventilation system connection
