The scale works with batch weighing principle means that the product is filled and stored in weighing chamber(s), and; discharged after getting the weight information as a repeated process. The weighing process is carried out electronically by two off-center type Load Cells, and all operations and controls are carried out by a convenient PLC program.
Scales can be connected to the main PLC system to work individually or as a group. The scale offers data interchange possibility between the scale, system and the operator. It also has the advantage of measuring flow rate for continuous product flow.
