“Cascade Magnet is designed for high capacity cleaning lines, combining high efficiency and convenience by three-stage magnetic separation with automatic cleaning feature.

Product passes through three levels of powerful magnetic fields, while the last magnet is made of Neoflux® (neodymium) to obtain an even better separation yield.
Cascade structure of body ensures product contact with all magnetic surfaces, and the placement of magnets enable free product flow inside to provide a better separation environment.
Cleaning is manual (quick cleaning) or completely automatic by means of a pneumatic sequence circuit, which can be operated on PLC system.
