CASCADE TARAR

“Cascade Tarar is an aspiration unit, which is designed to eliminate light particles, dust and foreign materials from cereals with an ultimate efficiency. It is also used to separate the residual fine bran particles from semolina as an application in flour and semolina mills.

Application Fields

• Flour and Semolina Mills

• Maize Mills

• Feed Mills

• Grain Intake, Storage and Cleaning Facilities

• Barley, Rye, Oats and similar grain processing plants

• Other Food Processing Plants (Tea, Malt, Peas & Nuts, Coffee, Soybean, Seeds, etc.)

Working Principle

The unit basically eliminates light particles from the product with air suction, and is also equipped with a vibratory inlet mechanism to ensure a smooth product distribution. The air supply is connected to the central dust collection system, and the airflow rate can be adjusted with a valve at the inlet.

The product is fed into the unit from top, and passes through the gradually designed channels with a zigzag movement. Efficiency of separation is relatively increased by this slower and gradual product flow inside the unit.

Product is discharged at the bottom with a nozzle, which can be directly connected to a product flow line or any other machine.

Features & Advantages

• Efficient seperation with 6-step aspiration unit

• Micrometric Air Adjustment Valve for the precise control of airflow

• Vibratory feeder at the inlet for a uniform product distribution

• Adjustable channel inclination to regulate the speed and density of the product flow

• Low air and energy consumption

• Central ventilation system connection
