Working Principle

The machine has two sections of different rotor diameter with specially designed paddles, that ensures homogenous mixing with a higher dampening performance. Product is taken into the first section for pre-mixing of product and water. Second section has two different types of the mixer, one is forwardmoving rotor while the other is a pallet type mixer moving at reverse direction.

This two-directional movement enables an intensive and homogenous mixing process. Each section has independent adjustment opportunity for optimum dampening intensity and performance. It is designed to work at optimum operational speed to prevent any product damage, while also minimizing the wear of rotor.

Options & Accessories

Horizontal Dampening Machine should be used either with a suitable debimeter device (TEDM) for water supply or Automatic

Dampening (TOCA) for fully automatic control on dampening process.

Nebulisator (TNBM) Water Spraying Device is also advised for application at high ambient temperatures, when it is difficult to reach desired humidity.

The carrier desk is supplied (optional) if required.
