Working Principle

Product is first spread and properly transferred to the main grinding system at a uniform rate by feed rolls.

The main grinding mechanism of roller mill consists of a pair of rolls, having smooth or fluted design according to the process requirements. The rolls are placed parallel with an adjustable working gap. The grain is crushed and then grinded with forces by the differential speed of rolls.

Structure

High quality anti-vibrative carbon steel used, also increased the thickness of material for a smooth operation. Including the front body output bunker through the cylinder, I-Roll is also produced with double-walled and isolated material against adhesion and condensation.

Technology

The Roller Mill is equipped with special product feeding and grinding control systems in order to ensure a high and consistent efficiency:

Capacitance Sensor

Product level is controlled at the inlet bunker by a capacitance sensor, and the feed roll speed is adjusted accordingly at minimum and maximum level points.

Slide Gate

Slide gate is used for the adjustment of the feeding gap to control product feed amount accordingly.

Pneumatic Roll Engagement / Disengagement

The parallel working rolls are automatically opened and closed by a pneumatic system, which is actuated by an electronic control unit.

Dynamic Roll Pack

For the flexibility of grinding rolls against oversized subjects.

Manual Roll Gap Adjustment

Sensitive gap adjustment mechanism of grinding rolls.
