Commissioning
After the successful installation of equipment, Alapala commissioning team is in charge of ensuring the delivery of the mill plant in desired quality and production parameters.
Project commissioning is the process of assuring that all systems and components of the plant is designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements.
It is actually the process which the milling plant is tested to verify if it functions according to its design objectives or specifications.
Having experts and specialists in flour milling plant management and operations, Alapala Commissioning team (under Alapala Site Operations Department) is responsible for the successful handover of the milling plant for sustainable production in desired parameters.
Commissioning process of the mill consists of below steps:
Beginning Controls including the verification of installation with physical controls.
Empty Tests (Dry Run) are carried out to check and diagnose any improper situation about machinery or installation.
Actual Test After the reception of raw material, all sections of the mill is started in sequence to observe the production.
Adjustments which the production data and results are recorded, and further actions are taken if necessary.
Successful Handover where continuous production starts and the mill is delivered to our customers.
