Mazagan Flour Mills is a family-owned company and has strong ties to Alapala. The company is today active with a total of 900 ton wheat processing capacity in two locations, as the new mill is located near one of their existing plant in El Jadida region.

The plant has a 300 TPD capacity processing local semi-hard wheat, and produces three different types of bakery flour for mainly domestic consumption.

The mill is installed in a completely new 6 floor concrete building, which is also designed and constructed in conformity with high sanitation standards.
