The ingredient(s) are mixed and fed into the unit consistently by an eight arm mixing and scraping pallet. Then being discharged on a carrier screw properly at a uniform rate. The flow rate is adjusted with a speed control device providing maximum efficiency within the minimum and maximum capacity range. The unit allows dosing operation at a wide capacity range from 0.25 dm³/h up to 270 dm³/h. with various motor alternatives and screw options. Carrier screw can be made of polyamide, semi metal polyamide, nickel coated metal or aluminum material. Seven different pitch length options (10-12-16-24-30- 40-52-72-90) are also provided for carrier screw design.
