The machine has four decks of sieves with different sieve opening design and sizes. First sieve deck is used for the separation of coarse impurities (husk, straw, stalk etc.), while the other three decks of sieves are used for the seperation of fine particles (sand, dust, etc.) and broken kernels. The sieves are cleaned properly by rubber balls, that is used to open the sieve surface for better product flow.
Multi Seperator has a strong architecture, which the oscillating body is hanged on a steel structure with glass fiber hanging rods, and supported by elastic shockabsorbing elements.
The machine has also an aspiration connection, and generally used with Multi Tarar (MTRA) unit at the inlet to supply necessary airflow for effective separation.
Multi Seperator can also be integrated with a secondary Air Recycling Tarar (KTHI) at the outlet for even higher seperation yield.
