TRIER MACHINE

Trieur (Indented Cylinder) is a cleaning machine used for the separation of:

• Round particles smaller than grain

• Longer particles than the grain

• Broken wheat kernels

Working Principle

Materials with different size and shape are collected in the pockets of the sieve and separated from product, with the changing angle of cylindrical sieves during their rotational movement.

A spreader is placed at the product inlet for regular product feeding into the machine. And the foreign materials are discharged from the unit on a screw conveyor following separation.

This machine is a combination of the different number and pore design of cylindrical sieve jackets, selected depending on the scope of the process. The placement of cylinders can be made in different numbers and variations, as they can also work in a serial or parallel sequence upon requirement. They can be used for different functions a separation and control cylinders.
